La Testuggine is a Rome based animation company founded by Lorenzo Latrofa and Arturo Leone in 2009.

La Testuggine collaborates closely with clients to research distinctive and unique style, supervising each step of production, achieving videos with a strong identity and understanding each customer’s requirement.
We help clients, agencies and organisations to tell exceptional stories by designing honest and meaningful narratives able to influence and inspire. La Testuggine is an award winner studio taking part with its short films to many national and international film festival.

La Testuggine has collaborated with many clients such as:

“La Testuggine”
is the italian name of the Tortoise…

This iconic scene in Blade Runner inspired us for the name of the studio. That's the first scene where we get a first glimpse of the psychotic nature of the "Nexus-6" replicants.
